What you bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university/university of applied sciences.
  • You have several years of consulting experience or experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master and you feel ready to take on multi-clients and projects.
  • You have the know-how of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban & OKR)
  • You see yourself as an expert in agile methods and organisational forms and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire.
  • Very good methodological knowledge and practical experience in the areas of organisational development & agile transformation
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as structured thinking and creative ways to solve problems
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and speak fluent German. In addition, you have a business fluent command of English
  • You consider travelling as a positive added value.

      • Organisation and moderation of internal team meetings, workshops and Scrum ceremonies, such as retrospectives
